Product offerings

Flair offers a variety of new products as well as replacement parts for products that require repair. If you require a new product or replacement parts please contact us with the part number for availability and price. The part number of the entire product and various replacement parts can normally be found on the product, or in our literature or manuals. If you cannot identify the part by part number it would be helpful for you send several close up photographs to us by E-mail. See contact information on the Contacts page. Terms and Conditions:

Payments
All orders require advanced payment by check, money order or PayPal. We now accept all major credit cards through PayPal. We will send a “PayPal request for Payment” to your designated E-mail address. PayPal will provide you with instructions on how to pay by linking your bank account or credit card. We never receive your bank or credit card information. We can also accept credit cards by telephone, email or fax. We will need your account number, CCV (security) code, expiration date and zip code.  We now also offer Bill Me Later through PayPal. This option will give you six months of no interest financing with no payments on purchases over $99.00.

No prior credits issued by, or returns purchased from anyone other than Flair Products will be honored. No cash refunds, but if you order the wrong item and return it we will apply your credit towards the right item.

Shipping
Shipping, handling and insurance are extra, no freight allowance on any orders. We ship by UPS and by USPS only. If you provide your E-mail address with your order, we will E-mail you with the tracking number on the day of shipment. No pick-ups. Risk of loss in shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser who must make it claim exclusively to the carrier if insurance is purchased. Sorry, but we do not ship COD.

Warranties
Many of the products we sell originally carried one to five year warranties. Stack Packs were offered with an optional lifetime warranty. We are not the manufacturer of these products, we are the exclusive worldwide distributor. As such we only offer our own limited warranty, not the original manufacturer’s warranty. Our limited warranty is 30 days on all products. The warranty entitles the owner to return the product, postpaid for a replacement if we have one. If we do not have a suitable replacement a refund will be issued. The warranty is void on all electrical items that are returned with burned components. All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are expressly excluded.

Quotes and ordering information
For pricing, delivery and to determine the correct part, send an email to mail@flairproducts.net or fax to (206) 339-7091 and include the part number of the complete product, as well as the replacement part you would like to purchase (often an “RP” or "1300" number stamped into the product). Photographs of your existing product are often helpful for identification. Flair part numbers from the 1980s through the present are generally 8 digits; 2 letters followed by 6 numbers. Prior to that they were generally five digits consisting of letters and numbers.  Other numbers on the products may relate to component parts and should be disregarded.

Offers etc.
No offer should be considered firm unless accepted by Flair Products Company. All orders subject to inventory on hand.

Ordering
No minimum order size required. We require that all orders be submitted in writing, either by mail, fax or E-mail. Once you know the part you wish to order and have been given delivery and price information, to order:

Please be sure to include your name, company name if applicable, shipping address (specify if this is a commercial or residential address) and the specific items you are ordering, as well as the quoted price including shipping and insurance if you require insurance, and payment.
