Product development
Flair has always prided itself on its new product development. Company President, Jamie Frank, often stated that the company’s policy was to grow through continuous improvement of its existing products lines and an aggressive product development program to create entirely new and varied product lines. He personally dedicated much of his time to the design of these new products.
A more advanced form of the original Econo Control Panel, used to simplify complex wiring of valves, actuators, thermostats, sensors, pumps, fans, dampers, boilers, furnaces and air conditioners. Many variations and sizes (by number of zones) contemplated. [Back to Top]
System computerized controllers for boilers, furnaces and water heaters to provide more comfort while realizing significant energy savings. Uses multiple indoor and outdoor sensors for precise control.

To advise when service is needed on gas and oil burning appliances in order to insure optimal firing efficiency and maximum fuel savings. [Back to Top]
Used to control humidity alone (Humidity Controllers) or in conjunction with temperature (Humidistat), available in both standard and programmable versions.
For more information refer to the Humidity and Humidistat
specification sheets below:

A complete line of thermostats—mechanical, electronic,
programmable, light sensing, occupancy sensing, humidity
sensing, etc for heating and air conditioning. Probably the widest
variation of thermostats available from
any company. Some thermostats
are multi stage and some incorporate a wireless remote control.
